An artist at heart,I was inspired to create Framed Custom Maps after failing to find a high-quality, gift-ready custom piece for my parents for Christmas. 

It was easy to find someone to design a custom map, but it would take 2-3 days to receive the digital file. Then, I would have to find someone to print and frame the piece before it was gift ready. I live out of state, and trying to travel with a finished piece or trying to complete the gift at home around the holidays were not good options. 

I needed a way to create a custom, thoughtful gift that would arrive to my destination in time for the holiday. It didn't exist, so I teamed up with a few partners to create Framed Custom Maps. 

I handle the graphic design and work closely with a small framing shop to personally execute all orders quickly and at the highest quality.

No other shop provides 100% custom graphic design, high-quality printing, and hand-framing with less than a 5 day turn around. 

How can you produce high-quality custom art so quickly? 

Our team has honed in on the best selling, highest-quality options keeping our necessary materials on hand very simple. All we need in the shop is a large roll of canvas, high quality inks, and three different colors of framing wood. Fewer SKU's means quicker turnaround for our customers! 

How fast do you ship and when do I receive the tracking link? 

Unless otherwise noted on this website, we will print your order within 1 business day, and the order will ship the next business day. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link. Most USA orders arrive within 24-48 after shipping. Shipping to Canada takes 3-5 days, on average. 

Is the package gift-ready? 

100%! Nothing inside the package indicates the price of the product, and the canvas is ready to hang straight out of the box! 

Do you offer refunds? 

Unfortunately, no. Since each piece is custom made, we are unable to process refunds. However, in the extremely rare case that there is a manufacturing or quality error, please contact me at info@framedcustommaps.com to receive a replacement order. 

Is your art gallery quality? 

Yes! We use the highest quality materials including solid wood frames, PH neutral canvases, and the most vibrant inks. We have chosen to only offer drop shadow framed canvas, as this product is the longest-lasting, highest-quality custom art product we are able to produce at scale. 

Is your art original and unique?

Every piece of art is hand-designed and hand-framed. You are supporting local, small artists with your purchase! 

Can I make custom requests for sizes, additional customizations, different frames, etc.? 

Typically, no. We are only able to serve our customers so quickly because of the limited stock we keep and the simple, minimalistic designs. We have also hit the "sweet spot" with size, packaging, and shipping to offer you the highest quality at a reasonable price point for a custom designed and framed piece of art. However, we can provide you a quote for further customization if you message us!
